Death Dealers Airsoft Team

We are a Airsoft group from Eastern Wyoming.  Our team consists of members from Wheatland, Guernsey, Fort Laramie, Lingle and Torrington Wyoming.  We meet and play when ever the work schedule and weather permit. 

History: Around May of 2006, a group of co-workers where out sitting in the parking lot discussing what to do for the weekend. One of them decided to show off his airsoft weapons. Shortly there after the first "skirmish" was had. Using Pistols mostly springers and AEP, one GBB the team was off on a slow start. 

Over time the group picked up better weapons, started discussing uniforms and team format ect. It was decided that no rank structure was needed as all on the team knew what they where doing and willingly gave input and took constructive criticisms.  While yet on another break the discussion of a name for the team popped up. DILLIGAFF or something along the lines was the first original choice. Does it look like I give a flying F**K!. Well not every one was set on having that as our team name, public image and all.. Well one of the members, Call Sign Bulldog, was home one night watching the movie Underworld and thought how cool it would be to be called the Death Dealers. Next day we where officially called the Death Dealers.

 Over time the team has adapted and evolved, usually revolving around a core group of 7 members. Uniforms have always been the older style patterns. US Woodland, and now US Tiger Stripe. We have always been on a committee mentality rather then having a Team Leader.

 The whole point of the Death Dealers is honorable Mil-Sim Airsoft, always fun and always safe. 

 

Team Specialization: The Death Dealers specialize in mil-sim small team tactics and rapid reaction forces. With multiple role team members capable of deploying anything from Sniper/Spotter Teams to Full on Force Deployment.

Offical Team Uniform: US Tiger Stripe / US Woodland BDU's. Black Cover's/Woodland Patrol Caps. Gear Any style/Color.

 

Weapons: Most M4 Style variants, G36c, Anything else we can get our hands on.

Team Dynamics: The Death Dealers do not utilize a chain of command. In the Field, One person usually steps up or is appointed by the team as a whole as the squad leader, The team is a group of equals each utilizing their experience and expertise to train and educate the others.

Team Rules: SAFETY FIRST, SAFETY LAST, SAFETY ALWAYS! Respect is paramount.
What happens on the field stays on the field, what happens off the field stays off the field. Treat others as you wish to be treated. HAVE FUN. Bring your own CHOW!

Team Motto: Playing with a Full Hand and Taking No Prisoners.  / Of course we are all Merc's. We just decided to start a Union.
